Not all social customers carry the same influence. Some customers are more participatory than others, some have more friends, and some engage deeply with certain product categories – but not at all with others.
ShopIgniter calculates a Commerce Influence score for every customer that participates in an experience – based on not only their social engagement, purchase and sharing – but also the resulting participation from their friends. This allows brands to target their promotional and rewards incentives to the customers who are likely to act as their most effective advocates within a given program.
