When Nike wanted a custom application to generate social momentum behind the launch of their 20XI golf ball for the Master Tournament, they didn’t have to look far. ShopIgniter worked with Nike’s marketing team to create a Social Product Launch program that would activate and reward their loyal Facebook fans by seeding the product to key influencers in advance of general availability. The program was a success: 62,000 earned media impressions, 2x interaction rates on the Nike Golf Facebook page, and ultimately, a 6x ROI on the engagement based on actual revenue.
