Recently, Forrester Research released a report titled, “Will Facebook Ever Drive eCommerce?” that investigates the current state of how retailers are using Facebook, and what return on investment eBusiness professionals are seeing from their Facebook eCommerce initiatives. The conclusions of the report paint a somewhat bleak picture of the social eCommerce landscape. Interesting survey on social

My last post I was talking about Social Network Optimization becoming the focus over Search Engine Optimization for the next decade. I saw this Internet Retailer article this week highlighting researching showing 29% of 18-34 report they have found a product through social sites, namely Facebook, and 14.5% for all consumers.
